Hi there,

the ID.4 has a traffic advisory system that warns about traffic congestion limit road access, closures etc.

Besides that it works very lousy and continuously gives out bogus alerts

I like to turn it off. I went through the menu multiple times but can not find an answer how to do this.

Anyone has an Idea and can help?

It that case it may be best to turn off the voice guidance and use google maps via Android Auto for navigation. Or you could wait for VW to give you the option to just turn off these warnings.

One and the same. Agreed, Google or Apple Maps work to solve that issue.

Is there a way to display traffic in Apple Maps on CarPlay?

I think it shows up as extra bold red lines?
