As an existing customer of Octopus I was able to claim a £90 by simply giving them the order number for my ID4.
At the time I had a standard meter but then ordered a smart meter to take advantage of their low rate tariffs. It also appears that if you already have you vehicle and sign up to Octopus then you can enter your vehicle registration and get the credit.
I use the "Go Faster 20:30 5Hour" tariff and find it excellent. I also had fitted an Ohme 7 kW charger which I set to never charge above 5.5 p/kwh. This allows me to plug the car in at any time knowing it will only charge from 20:30 onwards and stop 5 hours later if charge limit has not been reached. I find if I do 120 miles in a day it easily charges back to 100% at a cost of around £2. Initially you have to go on "Octopus GO" 4 hours from 00:30 for 30 days then switch without issue to "Go Faster".

As I said I was an existing customer without a smart meter. I sent them my order number and received £90 credit.
If you have no luck then possibly email customer services and ask the question.
