Yes, I just had my vehicle in for the first check and they performed the work related to this recall. It involves changing something about the headlight aiming mechanism. It didn’t take much time.

SummaryThe headlights in vehicles affected by this recall did not have the required cap installed over the horizontal aim adjuster during vehicle production.This makes the headlights non-compliant with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) No. 108, Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment. Incorrectly adjusted headlights may result in reduced visibility for the driver and other motorists, which could increase the risk of a crash.

RemedyRemove the cap from the vertical aim adjuster on each headlight and install it on the horizontal aim adjuster.

It’s a three second fix, literally. When I was in for the Double Check service, I told the service guy who checked me in that it was simple. After they were done and he was checking me out, he said, “Hey you were right, it was simple and fast.”

I took mine in this morning -They said it would take about fifteen minutes. Ended up being 45 because they always wash your car after a service, and their washer mechanism broke while doing my car... They also checked the tires and reset the pressure sensors.
