VW Connect app does not sync

Hi all,

I'm new to this forum but looking for some help. My VW ID 7 GTX Tourer does not sync to the VW Connect app since yesterday evening. I've had the car for about 9 months and never had this issue before. Through ABRP I can see the enode last connected around 6:53pm CET yesterday evening but nothing since then. My car is charging at the moment but this is not visible in the app which shows the situation of yesterday evening and I can't get it to update. There's no T&C for me to accept in the app (a fix I found on reddit); i also tried the manual sync in the app but it does not help. Any other people with this issue or someone who knows how to resolve?

It really seems to be the car that is offline. It also does not show traffic information nor the status of charging stations. The small globe icon top right is also greyed out and when going in the menu to sync manually, it says that online personalisation is not available and i should check settings in my vw account but these are all untouched.

There is a problem with the ID.4 where it goes offline randomly, and the fix many are doing is pulling fuse F19 for a minute which reboots the cell modem. Mine has needed this 2x in 4 years. I don't know if your fuses are the same and its not good pulling the wrong one, which may be why nobody is responding. Many threads about it here:
