That is surprisingly close to the current design - either they have not progressed much since 2001 or the 2001 design was epically ahead of its time!

I think it'll be comfortably in the $75k price bracket.

Especially in the US, where you will most likely only get the 110kW-version

Lol... no one believes me when I say that this design has been well over 20 years in the making! It just shows how "retro" designs can be somewhat timeless.

Sure does - the original designer should be cheesed off if the current one ends up taking all the credit, because, really, it is like adding a moustache to the Mona Lisa and claiming it is an original painting...

No, just to the opposite, minivan market is shrinking and nobody buys them. If it sells for a F150 lightening price, why would I get this less room, less powerful van instead?

You should see it more as a work van / mini-bus / camper van (eventually) offering.

If I wanted the aforementioned, why would I get an F150 Lightning?
