Does anyone have any brochure or information on the allowable damage VW allows at lease turn in, I probably won’t make it to lease turn in as I usually trade my cars and make a little money, however I would like to know what to expect.

I read somewhere someone was billed $184 for a small hood chip. That’s ridiculous-does anyone have any experience with the add on for protection? Is it worth it?

I leased an Audi once and got charged for miner scratches and tire wear. Yes they allow you to drive a certain distance but they also expected brand new tires at end of lease somehow. The lease protection cost will end up being over $2k which is a lot. Since I expect to purchase my car at some point, I opted not to pay it.
