Yep, just spoke with VW customer support and that is what they told me to do and it worked.I frequently need to clear cookies/cache/site data for vw portal to work on MacBook running chrome or else I get that message
Good point! Because technically, private mode amounts to the same as clearing cookies and cache, just way easier.I've found that opening the page in incognito or private mode will solve the problem without having to clear cache or cookies.
I have no car-net and it's missing from my settings screen? Is yours missing too?
