Anyone else heard from VW on their experience with the car, problems incurred, etc.? I just received and answered mine. VERY VERY LONG and repetitive, but I'm glad they're doing this.

I got this too. As above, it was long. If you've seen my thoughts on the ID.4, you know mine was probably longer than most.

Such potential in this car. Hopefully they address at least the larger issues.

Id4 is definitely long trip warrior...and while it is doing it it is smooth and very quiet vs many EV makers that where given to me for observations for benchmarking....and ID4 is not using still double glazed side glass or acoustic windshield... so who appreciate this over couple seconds adrenaline rush going quick from red light to red light will definitely appreciate it.

Is this the email with the subject heading "Volkswagen ID.4 Feedback Request" by Maritz Automotive Research Group? I have been hesitant to click on the link, thinking it may be phishing. You never know these days...

We have had our ID4 about 9 weeks but have not received a survey. How long was it before you all received yours?
I didn't receive my survey until a few months after purchase, which was about a month after I sold it...

The repetitiveness is one way to validate one's answers. Surveys ask the same question in a bunch of different ways in order to determine whether the answers are truthful and/or being answered in line with how they were answered previously. For example, one might ask: "On a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being awesome, how would you rate your car?" Then ask, "on a scale of 1 to 5, with 1 being highest, how would you rate your satisfaction with this car?" And then you check if the person checked both 5 and 1 if they were very happy with the car or just went down the line checking all 5s, for example (somewhat unrelated, sometimes we'll put an even number of choices on the Likert scale in order to "force" a choice so people won't just put 3s down the line--they'd have to choose between 3 or 4 on a 6 point scale).
