When opening the connect app since last week my 2 widgets is missing. My car is still in the list. Tried uninstalling with no luck. Anyone else has this prroblen? I can’t see my charging status because of this.

The same has happen to me. latets iOS and app version, but no connetion to the car. I have the We Connect Support team on it. But before resetting the car to factory settings (as a last resort) they wanted to verify the technical team first. So that is want I waiting for now.
Is your departuretime also just a blank white page? And if you try to set climatecontroll it just keep syncronizing?

I tried everything. I ended up doing the complete reset in the car and that worked. But of course all settings is gone including all navigation history etc.

I got my ID3 (Style 150PS) yesterday and app was showing widgets until this morning and now not did anyone get this sorted?

I had to reset to factory in the car and then pair the app again with the car QR code for this to work. However it haven't happened since.

i have received my car yesterday , everyting went fine till this morning when both widgets dissapeared,contacted support and they said that need to investigate... what a waste of time... in 2-3 days i think that i will reset the car and reinstall the app too... if nothing will happen 😔, otherwise i LOVE the car 😍😍🥰
