Warning Triangle for Hatch Liftgate Recess?

Has anyone found the subject that fits into the recess in the rear hatch? They seem to be unavailable or superceded with another type. I have no use for the VW full emergency pack and again would prefer to use the hatch recess. Thanks!

While we're at it, what's the little tie strap & buckle on the drivers side right behind the rear wheel well for for? My car didn't come with anything there

It’s technically for a first aid kit (not provided with vehicle) but I rather got a small halon fire extinguisher for that strap location. I store my hand me down first aid kit in the passenger door well.

While we're at it, what's the little tie strap & buckle on the drivers side right behind the rear wheel well for for? My car didn't come with anything there
