What's your #1 ID.4 Complaint?

For those that have overall enjoyed owning their ID.4s, is there anything that you'd consider a stand out complaint to your car? Is it something small or is it a big deal you wished was taken care of? This can extend to the ID.3 as well for any European members.
I knew most of the quirks going in, so they don't especially bother me. My biggest concern is that the navigator maps are unreliable, and unreliable maps are worthless. Mine are shockingly out of date, with street names that were changed 25 or more years ago. I can handle this as long as long as I'm in territory I know, but I have no reason to believe this flaw is only in my town. When I'm traveling, I'm dependent on accurate maps. These are the worst of the maps in the half dozen navigators I have owned. I'm being forced to consider using iMaps, and it really irks me that I have paid big bucks for a navigator I can't trust, not to mention the extra cost of an unlimited phone.

Wow! I have been driving for sixty-nine years, sometimes on dirt roads. I have never had a chipped, cracked or broken windshield. Is my luck unusual, Froggy, or is yours?
I think it depends on where you are--road maintenance varies enormously. It's pretty shaky here in Oregon so I've had a windshield problem. I drove a Volvo in central Europe for 17.000 miles in 9 months and never had even a scratch or mark on the front end. Climates are similar but Europeans take better care of the roads.

With the caveat that I've only had my 2023 ID.4 for 2 weeks and I'm still getting used to it, here's what bugs me:

1. The climate control. Having to go through an extra step just to change the fan speed (as opposed to just turning a knob) is annoying. I knew this going in, but I still don't understand what the VW folks were thinking.

2. The brakes. This could be just me getting used to a new car that drives differently than my former car (a 2012 Tiguan), but the brakes are very spongey, and that extra pressure you have to give them to come to a full stop is disconcerting.

3. This may just be my car, but I find Sirius/XM cuts out a lot, even if for very brief moments. Much more so than in my wife's Subaru.

All this being said, I do like the ID.4 and I'm happy I made the switch to an EV.
I think "what the VW folks were thinking" is that they had orders from the top to make the iD4. as different as possible "from your grandfather's VW." The gear selector, for example, took me a year to get used to it and I still occasionally would foul up. Despite this, I got to like it! Same with the infotainment system--things changed just to be different. No functional reason. And I never got used to any of it.

Full disclosure: I bought my iD.4 because I wanted the experience of a full EV and was old enough to not wait much longer. I loved to drive it, just not the annoyance of it. No doubt folks my age have more trouble with this.
