Any idea if the price for the First Ed models will be negotiable? Like possibly $44k out the door?

It will be, at best, a take it or leave it for MSRP and fees.

There are other threads here discussing this. Price negotiation will be solely up to the selling dealer. As ErickF said, I expect it to be MSRP plus fee's, unless your negotiating skills are better than most.

Sorry about that. I should have used the search function prior to posting. I found the other thread about pricing just now. Looks like another option would be for them to offer a generous amount for trade-ins.

Yeah I'm bringing my (generous) Tesla Trade-In quote and asking for that to be matched (if they don't offer better first.)
