Winter Storage

I'll be leaving my FE in an unheated garage from January to April in the cold north, near Buffalo, NY.

Will the car hold a charge that long, undriven? Can/should I hook up a trickle charger to the small battery?

Any advice is appreciated!

Leaving the country for 6 weeks over the summer. Wondering whether I can charge to 80%, take off the charger and find the car >30% 6 weeks later?
