I want to share my purchase experience. First, Before this first phone call I knew NO one at the dealership, had never been there.
I called Volkswagen of Clarksville. The salesperson was friendly and very knowledgeable on the ID4. I said I wanted an overnight test drive. He said OK. No problem. Went to pick it up. No problem. Was delayed bringing it back by a few hours. I called him. No problem. Discussed Lease vs Purchase. I choose lease. We agreed upon a price and they gave me more than trade in for my car. No problem. About two minutes after I signed the paperwork I changed my mind and wanted to purchase instead of lease. No problem. I asked for some of the factory cleaners to take with me No problem. I asked for a trailer electrical adapter. They had it. No problem. I said I wanted them to go with me to my first ElectrifyAmerica experience. No problem. They help me set my account up for free charging. No problem. I did not pay over MSRP. They did not try to sale me anything extra. They treated me like a person the whole time. I have purchased 15 new cars in my life. I have never had an experience like this. If you are going to look into the purchase of an ID4 contact them. The manager / owner is into EVs he gets it. He gave me his personal contact info.
