Just dropped of my ID4 at the dealer. It was charging at home and stopped at 66% and refuse to charge at home. Then we tried charging at several other places and everywhere it would show RED on charging port. Has anyone encountered this issue?

2023 ID4 AWD Made in Chattanooga - charging port refuses to connect and eventually goes to RED
Just an update, last night the dealer was able to charge it to 80% on their CCS (very old). They asked me to bring it back on Monday as expert is not back before then.
Ok got the car back.
The dealer run few diagnostic and came across these two
FAULT B1DA0F0 - CHARGING STATION DETECTION ACTIVE/STATIC. CLEARED FAULTS STORED IN SYSTEM AND CHARGED BOTH WITH LEVEL 2 & LEVEL 3.
Sounds like they just cleared this error code but could not quite explain why this happened.
FAULT U14FFOO - SECURE ONBOARD COMMUNICATION SIGNATURE FAILURE. RAN TEST PLAN FOR VKMS ADAPTION ON SOFTWARE CLUSTER 19.
This was when at times the dashboard would not come on pressing the brakes. It required to press brakes few times.
Any thoughts on these? Where do I find more information on VW Fault codes?
