Thanks, I'll try. How much should I deplete it before doing a level 1 charge? Also, driving 180 miles tomorrow and will need to dcfc at EA. Anything I should do, ch ck or look out for? Thanks!
And yes I believe there was a module change. I'll update tomorrow when home
SOC is not important from where you start charging....just follow advice i have posted before.
Care to post services ticket for this repair..... I'm questioning technician ability to follow all necessary steps for getting pack in balance with other modules in the pack.
Cells are not replaced individually....if one cell in module is bad entire module is replaced. If module in question is in parallel arraignment both modules in parallel are replaced at same time ( one with bad cell in module and another in parallel ).

If starting form low SOC of charge....you can use L2 charging and switch to L1 8-10A charging when you are at 80% SOC till you get to 100% SOC and do not unplug EVSE even after is done charging....live it for 24 hours and if it is charging on his own again do not interrupt this until it is done on his own. And values should be taken after 4 hours of completion of charging.
And all EVSE charging should be done without interruption or using any scheduled time .

@Mikbee
Let me know when you get the chance to do balancing on your end with instructions i have posted here.
I will need this once you are done.
I will be polite as much as my job description is allowing me with this service department.
I have been there more than once so I'm quite familiar with dealership owner and service department technicians.
And I'm in this part of US not far away for a moment.

Good afternoon
My car had been sitting idle for a long time and I noticed that the SOH had dropped significantly. Tell me how to properly charge the car now?
To balance, do you advise charging to 90% and not going anywhere for 4 hours?
Thank you!

Charge the same as usual. It balances after every charge. If you notice a big difference between highest to lowest cell volts with car scanner 4 hours after charging, it means you have a problem which may need a dealer visit. Otherwise, nothing needed to keep them balanced. A deep cycle <10% and >90% is good every few months so the BMS learns the pack capacity, but not required for balancing.
