Today I went to put the car in Eco Drive Mode as I frequently do but the (Orange?) symbol for it disappeared from the top of the infotainment system. When I found the symbol in the list of features it would still not show the differing drive modes such as Eco, Comfort and Sport.
Should I reset the infotainment to factory settings? If yes, what is lost in this process?

So this happened to me after a software update, but different model year, software and hardware in the 2022, so it may not be applicable - we did a soft reset by holding the "power" button on the infotainment unit for the system to reboot - Do you happen to have that on your model?
Thanks. I will be trying this method today. I'll post my results.

Thank you! It worked! The power of community also works.

Pressing and holding the Infotainment power button for ~10 seconds until it blanked did indeed work. The saga is slightly bigger than that and I intend to post a series of pictures and explanation.

So, problem solved. I can't prove there was a problem but I can tell you a story with pictures.

1. I get in the car and as per usual, I go to set Drive Mode to Eco. Unfortunately it's not available to select in my favorites menu. In its place in the grey vehicle symbol which brings up the vehicle menu.

2. Not only was Drive Mode no longer in my Favorites, it also did not appear on either of the two main menu screen. No picture for that.

3. I tried the Infotainment power reset as per recommendation. The screen blanked and came back to life. At first glance, nothing changed but then I found Drive Mode on page two of the main menu. It worked too. I added it to my Favorites.

4. Proof that it works now.
