That exact kit isn't available in the UK. You'll have to import the parts from a Dutch VW dealer and fit them yourself after your van arrives.

 

Those parts are from VW's official accessories catalogue for the ID. Buzz Cargo. You don't need to source them separately from the Netherlands.

When you order your new van in the UK or Ireland, you can specify these accessories to be fitted at the port or by your local dealer before you collect it. Just tell your dealer you want the red front accent strip, black badges, and rear spoiler from the Genuine Accessories range. They will handle the order and fitting for you.

 

That's kind of what I was thinking; I may need to talk to a different dealer. My local dealer had no idea what I was talking about when I sent him the parts catalogue.
