Daytime runninglights ARE allready on by law. Just not taillights.
Right, and this is the setting that is enabled in any areas that requires the tail lights to always be on all the time while driving. It links the tail lights being on with the front driving lights being on.

Previously my tail lights were never on during the day while driving unless I manually change the lights out of auto, now the rear tail lights are automatically on with the DRLs that are active with auto during the day.

@Haroyan777 VW Technician has advised in the past that during ODB11 use you should have your 12 volt battery hooked up to a battery charger...like one you would use for any lead acid 12 volt car battery. During (some) programming, the car's high voltage battery doesn't provide power to the 12 volt to keep it charged. Even if your car is plugged into the EVSE, that won't always provide power to the 12 volt....so there's no benefit/need to have the EVSE plugged in. The 10 amp minimum comment is for the minimum rating for the 12 volt battery charger.
Thank You For Information My Friend.

anyway way to code with ODB11 so the usb ports turn off with the car? Seems like by default they stay on?
Most things in the car that stay on seem to shut off after 30 minutes… do you have any way to test this? (Like something with a visible LED light you can see from outside the car without opening the doors?)

hey thanks for the tip. Yeah I confirmed it using a carsifi android auto dongle. After about 30 mins after doors locked I lose bluetooth connection to the dongle

Hello Dear Friends, I Tried To Activate - Horn When Locking, Through OBD11 GEN2, Changed Many Settings In Different Combinations, In The Section OBD11 GEN2 - Gateway 19 - ZV Quittierungen. But Unfortunately, Except For The Settings In The Menu - Confirmation Tone (which Did Not Affect Anything When Turned On And Off. There Is No Alarm On The Car, The Machine (VW ID4 PRO CROZZ CHN IMPORT) But I Thought It Could Work With The Usual Beep Of The Machine. I Wanted To Ask, Maybe Someone Knows Whether It Is Possible To Do It On This Car Or Not, Thank You In Advance. Below I Will Attach Pictures Of My Factory Settings In OBD11 GEN2. Thank you.

Hello Dear Perry Rhodan, I Would Like To Ask You If Possible, Do You Know If It Is Possible Through The OBDELEVEN Gen 2 Tool, Getting The Mirror To Lower Without Rotating To Knob? Thank You In Advance.

There’s a “one click” app on OBDEleven, yes.

I can see an app to enable the general mirriror dip(enabled by default), but it still requires the knob to be turned, could you confirm?

I don’t believe anyone thus far has been able to enable mirror dip on reverse without turning the knob. I’ve looked into this last year and wasn’t able to get this to work.

Yup, still needs the knob to be moved… That’s the way it works, as implemented. Silly, I know.

No not possible...this feature is implemented...so in cold freezing weather you have ability to prevent mirror moving if mirror is frozen by moving knob to neutral position.

There are cases where this had caused mirror to crack....it will be covered under warranty...but once warranty is over....it will be good thing to practice using this feature whenever there is ice build up so this doesn't happen.... small sticker saying keep Knob in neutral if backing up and ice is present on mirror.

Funny thing is my previous 2018 GLA also had a knob with that same function and yet it would remain enabled unlike the ID.4. Are the VW mirrors more prone to cracks in freezing weather?
