919A / 3.5.11 are one in the same, whether performed at the dealer or via OTA.

I'm not sure about the 3B part. The update notes said that some cars would see the update come in two parts, but from what has been shared so far, those two parts happen inside of the same update window.

The software for the door handles is different, and not part of the OTA. If your car previously had the door handle update, it appears it would have received the software then. My '21 went in for the original door handle update last spring, had the door handle software updated at that time, so this time fell into the group that only needed the hardware (4x new handles), no software.

The only way to see the full system level is to use OBD to look at individual software versions for each module, and compare notes. There's no way to see the car display 3.5.11 or .12 or whatever iteration its on.

The touch to lock function is "conducted" (capacitively) through a small piece of foam tape that's adhered between the door handle cover (the outside piece with the embedded triangle) and the sensor in the handle itself.

When technicians performed the initial door handle checks, they were to partially pry open and bend back the door handle cover to inspect a seal. They were cautioned to be careful not to bend the cover back too far or it would damage the foam tape.

When the tape is torn / damaged or becomes detached from either surface, the touch to lock functionality can be affected by moisture, or stop working altogether.
