So, thus far, Volkswagen has been the first to offer updates to MEB, with Skoda and Cupra following behind. All are part of the VAG, and it has seemed that VAG wants to maintain the "main brand" as VW. Also, while the VW brand has tried - and failed - to do major updates OTA (3.0 and 3.2), Skoda has had updates done at the dealer. Skoda MEBs are on 3.0 or 3.1 currently, with the exception of the latest models which already have 3.7 or MY24 which have 4.0/4.1.
Anyway, now Skoda is offering 3.7 - the latest 3.x software released - as an update done by a dealer to all Enyaqs. Does this mean Volkswagen gets up and offers 3.7 OTA in Europe - to be trickled down to the US? Who knows. But if Skoda offers 3.7 updates while VW offers only 3.2, it will be the first time for Skoda to be ahead of VW.
