Selling this 1540 240 volt outlet socket splitter. Used for about 5 months. It allows two 15-40 EV chargers or EV charger and a dryer to safely be connected to a single 15-40 receptacle. As a safety device to prevent simultaneous use of two chargers, it was very reliable. However, our second ID did not like having a dead plug connected to it when the splitter turned off the power to the charger. This seems to an issue unique to the ID, and not the fault of the splitter, reviews we read on the product indicated this was not an issue with other EVs but we could not figure out how to not have a dead plug charge error in the second car while waiting for the first ID to finish.
