It's a decal. You could get that area wrapped to replicate the look.

 

I realize this is an older post. I have that same issue as OP but opposite. Mine is silver and I want it black.

Sometimes not very clear which one is which, I recommend talking to the parts department in a dealer to verify. They were helpful when I needed some specific clips for my ID.4.

I'd just wrap this if it really bothers you.
It is a very delicate part to replace.

 

The black pieces on non-Gradient/Plus I believe are bare textured plastic, the wrap method may not work very well.

please let me know the part numbers for the chrome bars that are part of front grill (bottom portion of the grill) and rear as well (Pro S Gradient package)
I got Pro S without gradient and I feel chrome adds little better looking instead of complete black grill

 

I was doing some research and I found these... don't know if these are accurate and I am assuming easy to put it on with clips

if the part numbers are correct, how do i find the install instructions ?

 

Are attached with plastic hooks.
Maybe possible without disassembling the bumpers if you can somehow push out the first hooks on the side inside bumper.
I did it on my VW T-Roc

If you plan to make them black, just use plasti dip.

 

I am thinking of replacing these parts with silver color(?) ones that come with ID4 Pro S Plus (showed in the red arrow in the picture).

Before you spend big bucks replacing any parts, I would for sure mask and spray your original parts with plasti-dip to make sure you'll like the color - Personally, I would think it looks much better white than it would in silver, but such things are all personal choices

If you don't like the silver plasti-dip, it's very easy to remove - If you do like it, you can leave is sprayed for awhile and/or order the parts you're thinking of replacing
