07/2023 was probably late enough to have the 3.5.x software, but I don't know if that's definitive.

If it did though, then it seems for whatever reason VW has never shipped the 2023 BMC module with 1041 and doesn't plan on upgrading it.

We finally set up user log-ins in the car, rather than logging in as guest, and a week later, the 919A recall disappeared from MyVW. I tried confirming with the dealer but the right person wasn’t in. Hoping we can now get the door handle physical repair in a day, not 2 and a half.
