Well like i said before I’ve had my Buzz for a month and the only other problem is I keep getting an Digital Manual no installed error on the main screen I don’t know how to fix this could this be due to not connecting to a WiFi network?? I meant to ask the dealership about it BUT right now I’m not to happy with the dealership after they broke my driver side glass while attempting to put tint on it and it took a week to get the glass in not to mention it had 200 miles on it. So I kinda thought I would ask y’all about issues rather than them.

My 2025 ID.4 came with an "abridged" manual, same as online and in the car. It is mainly all the safety crap about airbags, seat belts, etc. If it was my first ID.4 I'd be lost. None of the information about how to personalize the car is included. WTF?

No that is no help, and messes up other things. Is your car-net connection working fine and you can use all the app functions? It may just need more time to do its slow download, since its over the car's cell connection only.

Same. I've been meaning to call VW.

I do get a poor signal in the garage but the other day my car was parked out in the open and charging on a free charger for 5 hrs. It should have downloaded by then. Not a big deal but a bit annoyed since VW refuses to issue unabridged PDF manuals for their customers.

Recently visited service department about digital manual download problem. Dealership contacted VW and was advised that this is a known problem and that a fix is in the works (but not given a timeframe). In the meantime, VW advised that the customer can access a digital version using their VIN @ vw.com. I subsequently tried that, but the only manual available online was the abridged service manual, which I already have because a hard copy came with the vehicle.
Still frustrated.

Dont know if this is applicable to the buzz, but I could not download the digital manual into one of our cars when the primary user was active. Was able to download by switching to the guest account. After downloading, the manual was visible to both guest and primary user accounts. Long story I will skip, but it was a clue that lead to the discovery there was a connection?setup?synchronization? issue between the MyVW app and the car. The resolution was to call Car Net, who then had me call them from the car's I information button, and they fixed it from their end, I think they said they had to (re) enroll me.

I will file a complaint, especially since my dealership hasn’t even figured out how to load the manual on the Entertainment Center. And there is A LOT to learn on these electric vehicles, especially since everything is thru the entertainment center. Thanks for the link and example. I am transitioning from a fully analog 24 yr old BMW manual gearbox BMW wagon (which I am keeping). I DID have a 2014 911S that had “some” of this computerization but you didn’t HAVE to use most of it, so my adaptation and learning curve is pretty steep…LOL.
